About Sundi
 

Sundi is a Licensed Master Social Worker, a member of the National Association of Social Workers, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and a member of the Yoga Alliance. One of her greatest accomplishments is remaining open and tender after healing from trauma. She approaches therapy through trauma informed, culturally sensitive, holistic methodologies with the goal of balancing mind, body, and spirit.

 

She has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families and has facilitated therapy groups centered on parenting and mindfulness. Sundi aspires to help you find safety in your body and in your world.Sundi is a lover of fun, music and art and enjoys incorporating elements of art, play and music therapy into sessions. She has a passion for guiding clients towards empowerment and mitigating many symptoms associated with trauma, including emotional and physical pain.

 

She would love to collaborate with you to navigate this challenging and beautiful life by encouraging self-awareness and curiosity. Sundi vows to provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and empathetic space in which you can grow, explore new possibilities and recognize your personal strength.
